Who is
Dr. Tanguay?
Daniel Tanguay was born in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu and studied at Polyvalente Chanoine-Armand-Racicot, and then at Cégep Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.
With a degree in Dental Medicine from Université de Montréal, he was a dental surgeon in Iberville before discovering his passion for orthodontics. He then resumed his studies for 3 years at Chicago’s Northwestern University where he completed a Masters in Orthodontics and Temporomandibular Disorders.
In February 1993, he decided to settle down in his hometown of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. Then, in 2009, he opened a second orthodontic clinic in Candiac. His perseverance and continuous desire to excel are reflected in his approach and practice.
With more than 30 years experience, Dr. Tanguay’s determination and talent have enabled him to gain the expertise and acquire the facilities needed to support his position as an orthodontic leader in Quebec. More importantly though, he has managed to bring together a team of experienced practitioners and collaborators who all master the use of cutting-edge technology in orthodontics.
